Construction materials manufacturer and factory owner Karpos just started construction on a new environmentally friendly residential community in Gjorce Petrov, western Skopje. The project, called Alexandria, will include 500,000 sqm of residential space, children’s playgrounds, a commercial area, gas stations, kindergartens and other amenities. The first phase of the project will be delivered next year.
Gjorče Petrov is one of the 10 municipalities that compose the city of Skopje.
