Kartago Tour, one of the leading travel agencies in Slovakia, is relocating to modernized office space in the second tower of the Polus Towers complex in Bratislava’s Nové Mesto district. JLL advised Kartago in the process. Kartago leased 550 sqm in Polus Tower II, more than doubling its space. The building, owned by Immofinanz, is nearly 100 percent leased following its modernization. Kartago Tour has been operating in Slovakia since 1994 and has a network of 13 outlets in addition to 13 franchises.
