Karton P+P is expanding its production unit in Brno. The Czech company signed a lease on 7,000 sqm at VGP’s industrial park in Rajhrad just outside Brno. “The principal criteria for selecting the new premises included the accessibility of the park and the possibility to move in quickly. The new hall was at the shell and core stage, which meant that the unit could be fully ready within less than three months,” says Laurent Jechoux, senior consultant at Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial agency, who represented Karton P+P. VGP Park Brno is situated close to the R52 road, which connects to the D1 motorway, linking Brno to Prague and Ostrava. The park is less than 10 km from Brno. Companies already active in the park include Internet shop, Hartmann-Rico and Secupack.
