Kathryn Ricketts has been promoted to asset manager of the multifamily division at Continental Realty Corporation. In her new position, Ricketts will manage the financial performance of six multifamily properties and interact with various in-house and third-party operation teams to assure the proper execution of the business plans. Prior to joining CRC in 2014, she worked within the property management department of The Bozzuto Group and was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.
“Kathryn has been on the asset management team at CRC for several years now and understands how we drive value across the portfolio,” said Haley Donato, director of asset management at CRC. “Kathryn can be hands-on with the properties, when need be but can also think strategically about the assets and their respective sub-markets. She has proven her ability to successfully oversee a diverse portfolio than spans four states and includes a range of product types.”
