Kaufland, in addition to stationary sales, will focus on developing cooperation with the company providing purchases Everli instead of the click & collect option, the network said. Both solutions were tested by Kaufland during the pandemic.
“In order to make it easier for customers to make purchases during the pandemic, we tested various solutions in the area of e-commerce. Practice has shown that online orders with home delivery are the most convenient form for buyers. However, it should be emphasized that for Kaufland customers the most attractive option is still a visit in a stationary store, which allows direct contact with the service and product. Customer needs determine our direction of operation, therefore we focus on stationary sales, which is the main axis of our business, and at the same time we will continue to develop cooperation with Everli,” said the director of the Department Corporate Communication Kaufland Polska Maja Szewczyk.
The click & collect service will be available to customers until February 11, 2022. In the near future, Kaufland plans to extend its cooperation with Everli in the field of online shopping with home delivery to other cities.
