Kaufland is planning to open a 2,500 sqm store at Festival Shopping Center in Sibiu in October 2018. This will be the first Kaufland store to open in a mall on the Romanian market. Kaufland operates 110 stores nationwide.
The German retailer ended 2015 with a turnover of €2.4bn, up 13 percent from the previous year.
