Keating Resources has closed on the purchase of four cold storage distribution centers in Tampa and Plant City for a combined $3,500,000. The Americold Cold Storage Complex is made up of four buildings. Three distribution centers totaling 289,700 sq ft on nearly 19 acres are located in Tampa along U.S. Highway 41 while the fourth building, a 59,159 square foot center, sits on four acres in Plant City, Fla. With this purchase Keating controls nearly 1 million square feet of storage space in Florida. Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Vice President Josh Tarkow represented Keating Resources in the transaction.
