Kellner’s Air Bank might share office with Telefónica

26 March 2014

Petr Kellner is scouting new headquarter locations for Air Bank, which is part of his PPF Group. Since he acquired the Czech mobile operator Telefónica last fall, moving the bank into BB Centrum in Prague 4-Michle, where Telefónica leases 55,000 sqm of office, is under consideration.

CPI, a property company owned by Radovan Vítek, will not likely welcome the move, as Air Bank is currently based in a B-class office building it owns in Prague 4-Chodov. CPI bought the building from Kellner’s group in 2011. The server E15 writes that while the bank will undoubtedly be moving in the future, it’s currently pushing for better conditions from its existing lease.
