Kellogg’s signed a lease on 2,500 sqm at Floreasca Park in Bucharest. The American food manufacturer plans to open a service center at the complex. The company also plans to hire 80 people to run the center, which will provide support to customers throughout Europe. Cushman & Wakefield represented Kellogg’s in the transaction. Kellogg’s is a global manufacturer of grains and is the second biggest player on the market behind Pepsico. The company has plants in 18 countries and sells its products in 180 countries. Tenants at Floreasca Park include Oracle or BASF.
