Jonathan Rose Companies has promoted affordable housing finance veteran Kelly Boyer to president of Rose Community Capital (RCC). She was formerly the west coast director of RCC. In her new role, Boyer will lead the RCC team in the origination, coordination, underwriting, processing and closing of company and third-party loans involving the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Federal Housing Administration mortgage insurance program. Prior to joining Jonathan Rose, Boyer was formerly HUD FHA/MAP director and FHA chief underwriter for Citibank N.A./Citi Community Capital and was previously the US Department of Housing and Development (HUD) Los Angeles Multifamily Hub director.
