Avison Young Principal has hired Kenneth Porreca as a Principal of Avison Young. Based in the firm’s Morristown office, Porreca will lead Avison Young’s business development efforts in Bergen and Hudson counties. Prior to joining Avison Young, Porreca served as managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Porreca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology (with a minor in business) from Rutgers University.
