Kenova Asset Management are set to build an office and apartment complex in central Vilnius. The 0.5 hectare site on Algrido street will be home to over 8,500 sqm in an office and a residential building. This will be Kenova Asset Management’s first development project and according to company director Kęstutis Faktorovicius the location of the site was key. “The location close to the old town has long been a very attractive area not only for business people but also for the general public.” Construction on the site will begin in 2019, with completion set for 2021. The total cost of the project is expected to be approximately €20m.
