Kerdos Group, used to known as Hygienika, has filed for bankruptcy, saying that it’s unable to pay its debts to ING Bank Śląski. The lender had given Kerdos five days to pay off liabilities connected to the Dayli drugstore chain. Kerdos acquired the chain two years ago in a deal that saw it assume the company’s debts as well. Krodos also has debts outstanding with ING Lease. Originally, the investor had planned to add nearly 50 new stores to Dayli’s chain by the end of the 2015.
