KÉSZ Romania has obtained a building permit for its Corallis residential complex, marking its first project in the capital. The company is investing over 51 million euros in the development.
Situated in the northern part of Bucharest, in the Petrom City area on Coralilor Street, Corallis will feature 221 apartments, ranging from studios to four-room units.

We will build energy-efficient apartments to the highest quality standards, offering enhanced living comfort with superior thermal and sound insulation, intelligent heating solutions, and lower maintenance costs,” said Tatár Zsolt, Real Estate Development Manager of KÉSZ Romania.
The Corallis complex will offer a range of amenities, including a reception, concierge services, a fitness club, a lakeside promenade, playgrounds, themed gardens, a green area for yoga and pilates, renewable energy from photovoltaic panels, over 370 parking spaces, urban furniture, and outdoor socializing areas.
