Kevin Deegan was named director of Hunt Mortgage Group’s affordable housing/FHA division. In his new role, Deegan will focus on originating and closing affordable and FHA multifamily loans nationwide. He will also work with clients using Hunt Mortgage Group’s balance sheet products and agency executions. Deegan will be based in New York and will report to Paul Weissman, senior managing director. Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group, Deegan was director of real estate advisory services at National Valuation Consultants and has held positions with Harmony Housing/Greystone & Co. and Centerline Capital Group. Deegan is a graduate of Virginia Tech University.
