Kevin J. McCarthy has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Stamford, CT as Senior Director. McCarthy has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on lease negotiations, property sales and multi-market strategic real estate portfolio management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, McCarthy served as First Vice President in CBRE’s Westchester/Fairfield office. McCarthy is a graduate of Villanova University. “He brings with him a high level of dedication, creativity and work ethic and we are pleased to have someone of his caliber join the firm,” said Jim Fagan, Managing Principal for the firm’s Connecticut and Westchester offices.
