JLL’s office in Bratislava has named Ján Bošácky as its Head of Research with overall responsibility for market research and advisory services in JLL Slovakia. Bošácky has over five years of experience in the Slovak real estate market, having joined JLL in 2013. As Senior Research Analyst his main focus was creating and enhancing the efficiency of the company’s database systems and reports monitoring all of the commercial markets as well as the local residential market.
JLL also promoted Samuel Šporka to Associate Director of its Bratislava branch. He’s currently Head of Industrial Agency and Tenant Representation department and has been active in Slovak real estate for nine years. Prior to this post, he worked in JLL’s office and tenant representation department. Before moving to JLL in 2013, he worked at Realitné centrum, advising foreign clients about their investment portfolios in Bratislava.
