Keystone Property Group has tapped Colliers International as leasing agent for 1717 Route 208, a Class A office building located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. The 150,447 sqf, three-story building has undergone major renovations including a new parking lot, a new 24-hour Vibe Grab & Go Café, complete elevator modernization including new interior cabs and the creation of a new state-of-the art multipurpose conferencing and training center. Additional on-site amenities include Keystone Connect Wi-Fi, outdoor seating, ATM banking and executive underground parking.
The building is anchored by tenants including Arcadis, Hunter Group CPA and Paychex Inc. The firm’s Parsippany-based team of Samuel Horowitz and Michael Tesser are handling the assignment.
