The American fast food restaurant chain KFC will open its first restaurants in Macedonia. The first two restaurants will be opened in September, in Skopje and Tetovo, with a third scheduled opening by the end of the year. A total of €10m is expected to be invested in the roll out and opening of other restaurants around the country. Up to 20 could go on line over the next four years, creating up to 400 new jobs.
