KGAL buys Kalvin Square, CityZen in Budapest for €60m

European asset and investment manager KGAL acquired Kalvin Square and CityZen in Budapest for €60m. The portfolio, totaling 26,000 sqm of space, was purchased on behalf of institutional investors. The seller of the portfolio was Europa Capital. ConvergenCE, KGALʼs local partner, will oversee the property management. ConvergenCE Hungary provided investment acquisition, local asset, property and project management services to Europa Capital.
