The KID group of companies has started the works for the YID KID real estate project, located in the northern part of Bucharest, on the shores of Lake Tei, which will offer in a premium concept over 200 apartments, of which 7 will have private gardens and swimming pools, and 4 will be penthouses. The complex will also include underground parking spaces, for a better efficiency of the space. The contemporary architectural concept is signed by X Architecture & Engineering. The total investment in the new exclusive ensemble amounted to EUR 35 million.
