Haig Kilicyan has joined CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team as vice president based in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office. Kilicyan has underwritten, originated and funded approximately $7 billion in multifamily loans in his career. He joins CBRE from Capital One Multifamily Finance where he most recently served as senior vice president in their New York City office and worked for Capital One as an underwriter at Freddie Mac Multifamily. Kilicyan holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and received his master’s degree from New York University. “The addition of Haig reinforces our commitment to filling gaps in areas where we have room for growth. His experience on the agency side of the multifamily loan business will be a tremendous complement to our market-leading debt practice in New York City,” said Michae Riccio, CBRE Capital Markets.
