King Group signed a lease on 1,700 sqm of office space at Opera Center. The space will act as the Swedish developer’s new creative studio in Bucharest. Colliers International Romania assisted with the leasing. The rental agreement was signed by DLA Piper, representing the tenant, and Fenechiu Savu & Associates, representing the owner. Opera Center is owned by the investment fund CA Immo. King, which created the popular Candy Crush Saga and Bubble Witch Saga games on Facebook, is currently hiring for its new Bucharest office space. King’s Candy Crush Saga sees more than 15 million daily active users.
