Kinsale Partners pays $14.75m for Palm Beach offices

Kinsale Partners has purchased an office building in Palm Beach, Florida, for $14.75m. The seller, Crocker Partners, bought the 28,550 sq ft property in 2004 for $11.35m. It is currently 62 percent leased to tenants like The Corcoran Group, the Palm Beach Daily News, Beau Title, Vatera Holdings and Harvey Capital Management. The Holliday Fenoglio Fowler investment advisory team represented the seller. ā€œThe Island of Palm Beach attracts high net worth residents from all over the world and high-quality firms that provide legal and financial services,ā€ said Hermen Rodriguez, senior managing director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
