Kintyre plans extensive redevelopment of Berlin’s Märkisches Zentrum

The Frankfurt-based asset manager Kintyre Investments plans to refurbish and modernize the Märkische Zentrum in Berlin’s Reinickendorf district. Costs are expected to hit €100m. The mixed-use property will include a shopping center, offices and medical facilities, as well as an 11-story residential building. The property was built in the 1960s and was modernized and expanded several times over the past decades.
