Kiseleff Development is planning to break ground on a mixed-use project in Bucharest worth approximately €40m. It will include a class A office building, shopping mall and a market. The developer will soon start demolition work at the 28,000 sqm site which used to house the former Grivita factory. The project will be delivered in three phases. The office building will offer 27,000 sqm of space.
