KKCG secured a use permit for the first phase of top’rezidence, a residential complex in the Šárecké Valley in Prague 6. The first phase includes 25 row houses ranging from 160 to 280 sqm. Construction of the second phase, which will add an additional 25 houses to the scheme, is underway. The complex, designed by Šafer Hájek architekti and Olgoj Chorchoj, includes a significant amount of common space with a club situated under the historic chimney, which was preserved from the original brickworks that used to operate on the site. The whole complex is scheduled for completion in 2017. The director of KKCG Real Estate, Petr Pujman, says that 27 houses have been already sold, with an additional three reserved. Prices range from CZK 13.8m to CZK26m.
