5 August 2014

Over the next five years, the Czech business mogul Karel Komárek plans to invest CZK 9bn (€325m) into real estate projects through his property group KKCG. The daily Hospodářské noviny writes that one-third of this will be from the group’s equity. The mixed-use Bořislavka center in Prague 6 and a high end residence in the Šárecké valley (also Prague 6) are among the schemes now being worked on. The developer is currently holding a construction tender for the Šárka residence scheme, with work due to start before the end of the year. KKCG’s CEO Petr Pujman told the paper that the company is also finalizing the acquisition of an additional residential project in Prague 5.
