KKCG secured a planning permit for Bořislavka Centrum, a mixed-use complex it intends to develop in Prague 6. The process has been a bumpy one, with a few other developers trying unsuccessfully to push their visions for the location through at the local municipality in recent years. KKCG redesigned the complex and now hopes to be able to complete the CZK 2bn project by 2019. Bořislavka Centrum will offer office and retail as well as a restaurant and café at the Bořislavka metro station along the busy Evropská street, which connects the Václav Havel Airport to Vítězné square in Prague 6.
