KKCG Real Estate, the property arm of the investment group owned by Czech billionaire Karel Komárek, has acquired another real estate project. The company bought a 2.5 ha plot zoned for residential development in Prague 5-Vidoule on which it can develop 200 flats. Called Na Pomezí, the project was initiated by Metrostav and Prominecon (formerly Navatyp) a few years ago. The director of KKCG Real Estate, Petr Pujman, and its sales director, Otto Koval, previously worked for Metrostav. KKCG now plans to reduce the number of flats in the project by one third and improve the project’s standards and wants to launch an international architectural workshop for the re-design.
