KKCG group intends to move some of its companies into the mixed-use Bořislavka center in Prague 6, which is being developed by KKCG Real Estate. The company’s CEO, Petr Pujman, says KKCG, Sazka and Moravské naftové doly will be headquartered in the project’s 24,000 sqm office component, bringing the occupancy to 60 percent. The investor acquired the project from Swedish developer IKANO and hired architects Jan Aulík and Jakub Fišer to redesign the scheme. The project, set to go up at the Bořislavka metro station on Evropská street in Prague 6, is scheduled for completion in 2017. Costs are estimated at CZK 2bn. In the meantime, KKCG is looking for additional investment opportunities, with a special focus on office, retail and high-end residential projects. The company is currently negotiating 14 potential acquisitions. An agreement on a residential project in Prague 5 is nearing completion.
