Deutsche Immobilien Chancen-Group announced the launch of the German Estate Group AG (GEG). The GEG should be a leading German commercial real estate investment and asset management platform focusing on the German office and retail sectors. GEG will seek core investments as well as opportunistic transactions and development opportunities. GEG will invest its own capital and third-party money as well as managing its two current project developments :MainTor (in Frankfurt) and Opera Offices (in Hamburg).
