Klingbeil Capital Management, a rental property specialist, has picked up the newly completed Allure at Abacoa apartment community in Jupiter for $65 million. Trading for $213,815 per unit, the 304-unit complex is located at 1456 and 1526 Cades Bay Avenue, next to the Roger Dean baseball stadium. The developer, Ohio-based NRP Group, just filed a notice of completion with the county this past Wednesday. Klingbeil Capita financed the deal with a $42.25 million mortgage from PNC Bank.
