Construction starting on Kneza Milosa Residence in Belgrade
Construction of the Kneza Milosa Residence project will start soon on the site of the former US embassy in Belgrade. The 5,686 sqm plot is between Vojvode Milenka, Kneza Milosa and Sarajevska streets. The seven building residential and business complex will offer a 260 flats, over 5,000 sqm of office and 500 parking spaces. The original façade of the building on Kneza Milosa street will be kept as it is under conservation protection. The investor, KMR Development selected Energogroup as the architect for the project. Completion is expected by 2019.
