Electronics retailer Domo signed on for 1,400 sqm of office space at Art Business Center 5 in Bucharest’s Calea Floreasca/Barbu Vacarescu submarket. The building is now 95 percent leased.
Meanwhile, Synergy is relocating to a 400 sqm space at Floreasca Tower in the same city district. Vast Resources, a resource development company, also recently took about 300 sqm at Floreasca Tower. Knight Frank Romania advised on all three transactions.
“The Calea Floreasca/Barbu Vacarescu submarket maintains its top position in tenant preference, currently has an occupancy rate of 91 percent,” said Oliver Derksen, associate director of the office division at Knight Frank Romania.
