The property is a modern A-class office building and offers 26,000 sqm as well as 301 parking spots, of which 12 are reserved for electric cars. The 6-floor office building has two underground levels, with a flexible office layout that enables tenants to adjust the space according to their needs. Currently, the property is fully let. Built in 2006, Maraton is LEED-certified with a rating of Gold.
