Knight Frank was named property manager of the Retro Office House in Wrocław. The property offers 20,700 sqm of space and is almost fully leased. The complex includes two patios and underground parking for 155 cars. Retro Office House was completed at the end of March. Its name refers to the style of Wrocław’s architecture from the early 20th century, combined with modern solutions related to technology, form and usability.
