Knight Frank will oversee the retail commercialization of the Nowa Fabryczna complex in Łódź. The project is a part of the changing face of downtown Łódź. Nowa Fabryczna will offer 21,500 sqm of modern office and service space on seven floors. The project also includes a green patio, urban bicycle stations and electric vehicle charging points. Main tenants include Whirlpool, Fujitsu and Cybercom. The project will be LEED certified.
