Koh-i-noor bought Galerie Myšák, a mixed-use complex on Vodičkova street in Prague 1. CEE Property Development Portfolio 2, a Česká spořitelna investment fund, sold the asset for an undisclosed price. Koh-i-noor, which produces pencils and crayons and is also active in energetics, health care and machine engineering, acquired 70 percent of the building. Its stake includes the office and retail portion of the complex, totaling 7,000 sqm of space and 50 parking spots in the underground parking garage but no flats. Koh-i-noor spokesman Martin Doležal says the acquisition is in line with the Czech company’s decision to diversify its investments. The company is considering using the building as its headquarters. Knight Frank brokered the off-market sale.
