Beata Kokeli left CBRE to head asset management at TriGranit, as part of what the Hungarian company calls āthe next step in the restructuring of the company after the TPG acquisition at the end of 2015.ā In her new position, Kokeli will be part of the management team, responsible for TriGranitās portfolio strategy as well as asset and property management and leasing activities. She will also support the acquisition and development processes of new assets.
Kokeli has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate sector working both at development companies and at real estate agencies. Between 2001 and 2008, she worked at TK Development Group, where she was responsible for development, leasing and marketing activities. She also previously worked at the Polish Centrum Development & Investments where she served as chief commercial officer. Prior joining TriGranit, Kokeli spent four years at CBRE as head of property and asset management and then as senior director and head of retail.
