Kolb + Partner bought two office buildings in Darmstadt’s Telekom City district from a UK-based property fund. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Located on Mina-Rees-Strasse, the properties offer 7,000 sqm of space each. The developer plans to renovate the buildings and lease the space. In 2009, Kolb + Partner acquired the former Telekom office building on Pfnorstrasse for about €9m and renovated it under the name Cube. Since then, the approximately 10,800 sqm building has been fully leased.
