West Palm Beach-based developer Kolter has revealed that it will be building another new high-rise condominium in downtown Sarasota , The Grande at the Ritz-Carlton Residences. The company plans to break ground next spring on the 18 story building which is to be located next to the Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota. Kolter has two projects nearby, the Vue Sarasota Bay and the Mark, while others in the area include Jewel, Sansara, Echelon on Palm, Demarcay at 33 South Palm and Azure on Palm.
