Komandor is planning to develop a new residential complex in Kavac along Montenegro’s Kotor Bay. The complex will include 78 apartments, totaling 5,784 sqm of living space, in three three-story buildings. There will also be on-site underground parking. The scheme was designed by Arhi. Komandor was co-founded by the Bemet company from the Seychelles and Olga Markovic from Budva.
