Komerční banka has purchased its new headquarters – an office building developed by Finep as part of the City West development in Prague 5-Stodůlky – for an undisclosed price. The bank relocated to the 17,000 sqm building in June. By centralizing operations from a number of properties in the Prague city center, the bank claims it will increase efficiency and lower operational costs. The bank will still keep its buildings on Na Příkopě street, Wenceslas square and in Prague 8-Vysočany.
