Kondor Wessels is planning to start construction on a new residential project on Cologne’s Stammheimer Ufer at the beginning of next year. The developer acquired the plot two years ago and has been preparing the project since then. The 20-story project is expected to cost €22m. The investment will offer 78 apartments ranging in size from 85 sqm to 260 sqm. Up to five commercial units are planned for the residential tower’s two lowest floors. Completion is set for autumn of 2017.
