A mixed-use project called Koneser is getting underway in Warsaw’s historic Praga district with BBI Development having just obtained a construction permit for the scheme this week. To be built on 5 ha of land at the intersection of Ząbkowska, Białostocka and Markowska Street, the 330 residential units along with 22,500 sqm of retail and offices is expected to be completed in 2013 at a cost of PLN 410m.
