The first phase of the Koneser mixed-use project has just been delivered in Warsaw’s historic Praga district, with BBI Development having just obtained its occupancy permit. Three-storey office building was built on a plot on Ząbkowska Street, offering nearly 8,000 of office space on the right bank of Vistula river. Along with the offices, 330 flats and 22,500 of retail space are to added to Koneser, a project expected to cost PLN 410m in total.
