Konstruktorska Business Center is to be topped out this week, with the completion date for the project set for the first quarter of 2013. The project by HB Reavis Group is currently underway in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, at the corner of Konstruktorska and Suwak Streets. The seven-storey building will offer 7,341 sqm of class A office space to the Polish market. The design was provided by the Epstein architectural office, which says it’s created a building that will be powered solely by electricity produced from renewable sources. HB Reavis is currently active in five CEE countries: Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia and the Czech Republic.
