Hunguest Hotels, a unit of the listed holding company Konzum, has won a tender for a contract to operate a new four-star resort hotel owned by the local council of Nyíregyháza, northeastern Hungary. Hunguest Hotels will operate the Sóstó Resort, Spa & Conference Hotel for a 10-year period, with an option to extend the contract for another five years. The new hotel will offer 122 rooms and is scheduled to open in November.
