Korea Investment & Securities Co. Ltd and a South Korean brokerage consortium are believed to be front runners for two large properties in France. Korea Investment is nearing a deal to buy an office near Paris for approximately $330 million, while the brokerage consortium is closing on buying a skyscraper in the same area for approximately $893 million. The deal would mark Korea Investment’s third investment in Europe since the start of 2019. The skyscraper deal isn’t as close to completion, however, with the Korea Investment Daily reporting that there are still plenty of potential buyers still in the mix for the asset.
